Throughout the project lifecycle, I played a key role by contributing in various stages, including initial concept designs through the quality assurance of site builds. Collaborating closely with the Product Lead and Design Director, I worked in an advisory capacity and influenced requirements during the project's early stages. I helped establish a design workflow to streamline the design process, broke down requirements into manageable tasks, and actively assisted with design timelines. Additionally, I contributed to the site architecture of Yahoo Plus Landing Pages, ensuring consistent navigation across the subscriptions platform. I created wireframes that served as a springboards for designers and maintained a shared sketch library to promote design consistency among the team. I facilitated swift iterations by fostering open communication with the engineering teams and maintained consistency across development templates for all properties. Furthermore, I introduced innovative checkout functionalities, designing and creating reusable components for different channels in the subscription platform.
